Norman NORMANDY Plantation shutters are truly a quality Product. Normandy offers homeowners a solid hardwood shutter at affordable price. Enhanced with more style and colour options, the world of shutter design and customization just got bigger. They are kiln dried to Australian standards. They are finished with high grade lacquers and paints.
Made from Chinese Oak - sometimes referred to as Phoenix Wood. Chinese Oak wood is a dense, fine grained hardwood, similar to Teak - which is about 5% harder than Red Oak.
These shutters are strictly for interior use only.
Norman NORMANDY Plantation shutters are up to 30% less expensive than other custom-sized timber shutters. They are highly resistant to moisture and damage. Cleaning is as simple as using a damp cloth or sponge without fear of harming the satin finish. Most come completely assembled and are easy to install.
