Decorama Basswood Plantation shutters are truly a quality Product. Both of these types of timber are classified as softwoods, and are planted and grown for the purposes of harvesting. It is kiln dried to Australian standards. They are finished with high grade lacquers and paints.
These shutters are strictly for interior use only.
Decorama Basswood Plantation shutters are up to 30% less expensive than other custom-sized timber shutters. They are highly resistant to moisture and damage. Cleaning is as simple as using a damp cloth or sponge without fear of harming the satin finish. Most come completely assembled and are easy to install.
