Transport Insurance - Decorama is not responsible for transport damage and should be covered by either your own insurance or by the optional Decorama Transport Damage Insurance.

Decorama Transport Damage Insurance is highly recommended. You should notify Decorama within 48 hours of receipt of any damaged merchandise and lodge a claim within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you.

Transport Damage claims are to include full description of damage as well as clear photos of damage. Digital photos are preferred and should me a minimum size of 1 megabytes in resolution, however standard photos are acceptable.

Claims lodged after 14 days will not be recognised.
