How
do I re-tension spring on fabric awning |

1.
Engage pawl on motor end of roller with the awning half way dawn. You
may need to use a bent piece of a wire paper clip of a slender screw
driver to do this. |

2.
Lift roller out of the brackets. Careful not to dislodge pawl.
a. To increase tension - Roll fabric onto roller.
b. To Decrease tension - Roll fabric off roller. |

3.
Replace roller into brackets. |

4.
Test tension - Repeat the above to adjust. CORRECT
TENSION IS WHEN THE BLIND JUST ROLLS ALL THE WAY UP WITHOUT YOU
HELPING IT UP. |

5.
Ensure the engaging notch is towards the bottom of the roller when the
tension is finally adjusted. |
